Our reports are all about helping businesses locate areas within their city where their target market is most highly concentrated. This insight can be used to make decisions such as where to establish the business, and which neighbourhoods to target for marketing purposes (such as distributing flyers).

At a high level, you provide the city and target demographics for your business and we generate a report highlighting the best neighbourhoods in the city for you.

Each report covers the geographic confinements of exactly one municipality. The exception to this is the option to chose one of four CMA's (Census Metropolitan Areas) of GTA, Greater Vancouver, Montreal CMA, and Ottawa-Gatineau CMA. The municipalities available for selection as target territory are the most populated 100 ones in Canada.

You will have to order a separate report for each municipality. You will be able to compare the different municipalities, as the density of your target demographic is marked and included for the top 3 areas of each municipality.

So for instance, on one report you can see that the best neighbourhood in Markham has a target demographic density of 1000 per sq. km., and in another report you will see that the best neighbourhood in Mississauga for the same target demographic has a population density of 2000 per sq. km.

Currently, yes. We are planning to add other language options such as French and Chinese by end of year 2013.

The report is authored in professional prose; it provides an introduction which includes the territory analyzed and the demographic paramters used. It will then present the coloured heat map of the target territory and identify areas within it with the highest concentration of the population of interest to the business. The report spans 2 pages which includes the underlying statistical data in tabular format and all citing information.

The process begins by you, our valued customer, filling out the report request form on our order page. Here you select the municipality of interest, as well as the demographic criteria important to your target business (e.g. Income Level = High). When you send this information to us, we will experiment with the thresholds you have specified for the different criteria, and will provide our recommended thresholds in our email to you (e.g. Household income > $90k in this case). You may then reply with your finalized thresholds, agree to our terms of service, and make an online payment. Once we receive your payment we will create and electronically deliver the report to you within 1-3 business days.

From the moment you fill out the Report Requst form to the time we reply with recommended parameter thresholds, there can be a wait time of 1-2 business days. Once you finalize thresholds and make payment, the process will take another 1-2 business days to complete.

We use geographic analysis and research software and our unique processes and algorithms to (a) devise recommended thresholds for demographic paramters, and (b) create and deliver the report to you. Our sources are the most credible (i.e. Statistics Canada) and are clearly cited within the report.

Each report costs $39 (Canadian) if the target territory is a municipality and $49 if it is a Census Metropolitan Area. Payments can be made online using a credit card through our secure servers. Your payment will be processed using PayPal (an eBay company) and will be discarded by PayPal once the transaction is complete.
