Without limitation, no portion of Content may be utilized as a trademark or service mark, for any pornographic use, for any unlawful purpose or use, to defame any person, to violate any person's right of privacy or publicity, to infringe upon any copyright, trade name, trademark, service mark or other intellectual property right of any person or entity. Location Analysts may terminate its service to customers found to be using Location Analysts to engage in undesirable activities. When you purchase a Product, you are purchasing the *right to use* the Product, not the right to the contents or images contained within the Product. Therefore, you may not make available to the public (e.g. by posting on online forums, social media websites, or your personal blog) any part of the product or a reproduction of any part of the Product. If you need to make public any portion of any Product, you must first obtain explicit written permission from Location Analysts. If a Product or a portion of a Product is shared with another individual or corganization, the receiving party must be reminded of the confidential and private nature of the shared content. Back To Top The order placement process (this is, You placing an order for a Product) begins when You fill out the Report Request form on our website at http://www.LocationAnalysts.com/order and ends when you make a payment after reading and accepting our comments emailed to you with regards to how our team aims to go about preparing your report. It is possible, that when a Report Request is received by Location Analysts, we determine that due to lack of data for the geographic territory of interest, or for other reasons, that Location Analysts cannot complete an order, in which case You will be notified accordingly through email. If we CAN accomodate your order and send you our proposed report preparation approach, you may approve our proposal and finalize the order placement process by making an online payment as instructed within our email. If our preparation approach is not to your liking, you do not need to take any action, in which case your order will be in 'NOT-APPROVED' mode. If our proposed approach is not appealing to you, you may reply to our email with your request and Location Analysts may accomodate your request at its own discretion. IMPORTANT: Once payment is made for an order, the order becomes final and no parameters of the order may be modified. Work will begin on the Product immediately after an order is paid for. Therefore, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER PAYMENT FOR AN ORDER HAS BEEN MADE.
